Respect and Trust
Along with the traditional four elements of true love-loving kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity-there are two more elements: respect and trust. These elements can be found in the four, but it helps to mention their names. When you love someone, you have to have trust and confidence. Love without trust is not yet love. Of course, first you have to have trust, respect, and confidence in yourself. Trust that you have a good and compassionate nature. You are part of the universe; you are made of stars. When you look at your loved one, you see that he is also made of stars and carried eternity inside. Looking in this way, we naturally feel reverence. True love cannot be without trust and respect for oneself and for other person.
尊重和信任
除了慈悲喜舍，真爱也包括另外两个：尊重和信任。当爱一个人，你必须拥有
信任和信心。一个没有信任的爱不算是爱。当然你先对自己信任、尊重和信心。相信自己有很好和慈爱的本性。你是宇宙的一部份；也是星星的一份子。当你看着你所爱的人，他也是星星的一份子和带着永恒的爱。这样，我们自然会彼此尊重。一个无法对自己和他人的信任无法称为真爱。
